He serves as a Director of TCCG, The Chrysalis Capital Group, Inc. and Chrysalis Capital Corporation. Mr. Rotstein served as a Director of Chrysalis Capital VII Corporation since April 2008. He served as a Director of Chrysalis Capital V Corporation since February 8, 2007, U.S. Silver Corporation from March 23, 2006 to August 2007 and Mood Media Corporation until November 27, 2008. He served as a Director with several of The Chrysalis Capital Group Inc.'s CPCs. Mr. Rotstein served as an Independent Director of PharmEng International Inc. He served as a Director of Spectra7 Microsystems Inc until February 05, 2013. He served as a Director of Chrysalis Capital II Corporation. He was Director of Chrysalis Capital VI Corporation since July 2007. He was Director at Chrysalis Capital VIII Corporation since October 12, 2010.
