He has more than 25 years experience in finance and accounting with extensive experience in business start-ups, international business and managing small public companies and mining company joint ventures. Mr. Schara served as the Chairman of Goldrich Mining Company from March 14, 2007 to October 22, 2009. He has been a Director of Aurora Platinum Exploration Inc. since June 2008.
