He served as an Executive Vice Chairman at Cumulus Media, LLC, Cumulus Media Inc. predecessor entity, from April 1997 to December 2000. He has been a Director of Modern Media Acquisition Corp. since January 2017. He served as a Director of Cumulus Media Inc. from March 1998 to March 2017. He is a nationally regarded Consultant on radio strategy and the author of The Franchise-Building Radio Brands, published by the National Association of Broadcasters. Mr. Dickey is also the author of two books on media: The New Modern Media was released in the fall of 2016 and serves as an investment thesis for the rapidly evolving modern media ecosystem and a strategic roadmap for the future of the media and advertising business. Mr. Dickey received Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts from Stanford University and also Holds Master of Business Administration from Harvard University.
