He served as the Chairman and Chief Executive at Morgan network and was responsible for the operations and management as well as dealing directly with foreign and institutional investors. Beginning in December 2001, he funded and founded a startup e-commerce company called the B2B.cn Group. He was responsible for all aspects of the B2B.cn Group's management, organization, planning and guidance. He served as the Head of Marketing at Alibaba Group from December 2000 to December 2001. In February 2000, he was appointed as the Vice President of the ZhongHua Unit Network and was promoted as the President in May 2000. He was responsible for the overall management of the ZhongHua Unit Network's operations and China national markets. He served with the ZhongHua Unit Network until December 2000. From January 1999 to February 2000, he served as the Project Manager and Assistant to the President for the inauguration of the Dongli Group, one of China's largest Internet companies. His function was to assist the President with daily work management and internal and external coordination and supervision of all projects. He continues to assist the Yinfu Gold Corporation as an Honorary Chairman. He has been a Director of the sub-center for the State Government Online Project Service Center in Shenzhen since March 2003. He has also served as an Honorary Vice President of Sichuan Vocational Institute of Media Culture and Media Department of visiting professors since August 2011. He has been a Director of I In The Sky Inc. since July 6, 2015. He served as a Sole Director of Yinfu Gold Corporat from November 2014 to June 2015. He serves on the Expert Committee of E-commerce for several Universities and is Honorary Vice Headmaster and Visiting Professor in Shi Chuan Culture and Media College. In October 2009, he won the China Outstanding Innovative Entrepreneur award. Mr. Jun graduated from the Harbin Institute of Technology Department of Applied Physics with a Bachelor's degree and a Ph.D. in International Finance from Camden University U.S.A. and is a Distinguished Member of the Chinese Academy of e-government experts.
