Prior to joining Municipal Mortgage, he served as Senior Vice President of Shelter Development Corporation from 1983 to 1996. He has been a Director at MMA Capital Holdings, Inc. since October 1999. He served as Independent Non-Executive Director of Transcend Residential Property Fund Limited. He serves as a Trustee of Midland Affordable Housing Group Trust and Midland Multifamily Equity Real Estate Investment Trust. Mr. Falcone is a graduate of Dartmouth College and received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
