Mr. Gaughen served as President and CEO of the East Weymouth Savings Bank from 1981 to 1988. Mr. Gaughen served as the Chairman of East Weymouth Savings Bank. He served as president of Hingham Institution for Savings since April 29, 1993 until April 2018. Mr. Gaughen has substantial experience in both commercial and residential real estate lending. He served as a Director of the Savings Bank Association of Massachusetts, the Massachusetts Bankers Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
