The company offers public placement and private placement advisory services for financial institutions, corporates, and high net worth families; and transaction based advisory services, including business and portfolio valuations, purchase price allocation, and goodwill impairment, as well as strategic financial advisory, such as M and A transactions, restructurings, business modeling, change of control, going private, management buyout, and public private partnerships. It also provides wealth management services comprising management of limited investments to balance sheets management; Islamic banking products and services; oil and gas, and other industry services; information, communication, and technology services; and warehouse set up, running, maintenance, supervision, lease, and supply services. In addition, the company operates Amman International Airport Hotel, a 4-stars hotel, as well as provides hospitality services and management of third party hospitality businesses; owns and manages residential and commercial properties; develops real estate properties; and owns and develops residential and commercial properties. Further, it manages discretionary and non-discretionary managed, custody, and pledged share portfolio equities, as well as mutual funds; invests in listed equities; and provides margin financing services.
