Prior to this, Mr. Kaul served as the Chief Executive Officer for TV Division of BCCL. He has rich experience in a variety of roles in sales, marketing & general management across genres like News and Entertainment, Movie and Lifestyle in India, and has worked with HTA Fulcrum, Discovery Communications, Discovery Networks, STAR India and NDTV Media. At NDTV Media, Mr. Kaul spent several years handling diverse portfolios of operations, marketing and also headed its consulting division and served as its Executive Vice President for over 7 years. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of TV for Content Production at Sahara One Media and Entertainment Ltd from February 15, 2010 to August 16, 2010. Mr. Kaul is vested with the responsibility of looking into the affairs of Company related to TV content production. He has nearly 20 years of experience across advertising sales, distribution, programming and marketing. He is a board member of the Media Research Users Council (MRUC), an industry body that owns and manages the IRS (Indian Readership Survey), and is also a member of the extended technical committee for the Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC).
