The company operates through four segments: Investments in Securities, Money Lending, Financial Leasing, and Financial Technology. The Investments in Securities segment purchases and sells securities and derivatives; holds equity and debt investments; and offers investments related advisory services. The Money Lending segment provides money lending and advisory services. The Financial Leasing segment primarily is involved in the provision of direct financial leasing and advisory services, as well as operation of an asset trading platform. The Financial Technology segment offers online investment and technology enabled lending services; and online new media services. It also provides corporate, business factoring, securities brokerage, and asset management services; and issues guaranteed bonds. China Shandong Hi-Speed Financial Group Limited has a strategic cooperation agreement with Shangdong Hi-Speed Hubei Development Co., Ltd. The company was formerly known as China Innovative Finance Group Limited and changed its name to China Shandong Hi-Speed Financial Group Limited in October 2017. China Shandong Hi-Speed Financial Group Limited is headquartered in Wanchai, Hong Kong.
