He served as Executive Director of Yanchang Petroleum International Limited from November 2, 2004 to October 6, 2010. He served as Executive Director of Yanchang Petroleum International Limited ( Sino Union Energy Investment Group Limited and Sino Union Petroleum & Chemical International Ltd) from November 2, 2004 to October 6, 2010. Dr. Chui was a member of Post-release Supervision Board of HKSAR from November 2005 to November 2007. He is an adjudicator of the Registration of persons Tribunal. He was award The World Outstanding Chinese Award by World Outstanding Chinese Association. He obtained a Diploma from Technologies, Universite de Paris XIII, Paris, France in 1990. In addition, the company offers financial services, including stockbroking, futures and options broking, mutual fund, insurance-linked investment plan, corporate financial, immigration consultancy, and securities margin financing services. Further, it is involved in the rental of real estate properties; management of hotels; and money lending business. The company was formerly known as Karl Thomson Holdings Limited and changed its name to Hoifu Energy Group Limited in January 2013. The company was formerly known as Hoifu Energy Group Limited and changed its name to Hong Kong Finance Investment Holding Group Limited in June 2018.
