Mr. Andrew M. Jones, BSc (Hons), MRICS, has been the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of LondonMetric Property Plc since January 25, 2013. Mr. Jones manages dialogue and communication with shareholders and key stakeholders and relays views to the Board, develops and recommends strategy to the Board and is responsible for its implementation and is also responsible for Day to day management of the business operations and personnel assisted by the Executive team. Mr. Jones was the Chief Executive Officer at Metric Property Investments PLC since March 2010 until January 2013 and served as its Director since June 29, 2011, which he Co-Founded in March 2010. He served as Head of Retail of British Land Co. plc until January 31, 2010 and its Executive Director from July 14, 2006 to January 31, 2010. He joined British Land in August 2005. He served as Co-Head of Asset Management of British Land Corporation Ltd., for British Land Co. Plc. He served as Co-Head of Asset Management and Managing Director of the new Fund Management Group and along with his on-going responsibilities for Hercules and HIF, overseeing the British Land Retail Warehouse portfolio. Mr. Jones has over 16 years of experience within the retail property sector in the UK. He had been a Non-Executive Director of The Unite Group plc since February 1, 2013 until May 9, 2019.
