Mr. Pedro Viñolas Serra has been the Chief Executive Officer of Inmobiliaria Colonial, SOCIMI, S.A. (formerly, Inmobiliaria Colonial, S.A.) since September 2008 and its Executive Director since July 18, 2008 also its Vice Chairman since 2019. In 1997, he was hired as Managing Director of FILO, S.A., where he remained until 2001. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Filo S.A. from 1998. Mr. Serra's career has been linked to the financial markets and business. Mr. Viñolas Serra was hired in 1990 as Director of the Studies Service of the Barcelona Stock Exchange. He served as Deputy General Director of the Barcelona Stock Exchange, a position he took after joining as Research Service Director and Financial Director in 1990. He is an Associate Professor of Valuation, Investment Analysis and Financial Strategy at the ESADE Business School, where he serves as Director of the Real Estate Chair and a Member of the Real Estate Club. He also serves as Vice President of the Barcelona District Council of the Urban Land Institute. He has been Vice-Chairman of Société Foncière Lyonnaise since February 11, 2015. He has been a Director of SIIC de Paris since December 27, 2010 and Societe Fonciere Lyonnaise since July 23, 2008. He serves as a Director of Bluespace S.L. He served as Partner and Chief Executive Officer at the Riva y García Financial Group until 2008.He serves as a Board Member of the Grupo Financiero Riva y Garcia SL. He is the Chairman of the New Product Committee, a Member of the Supervision Committee of the Spanish Options and Futures Market (MEFF), and a Member of the Working Committee of the International Federation of Securities Markets and the Working Committee of the Latin American Federation of Securities Markets. He was the President of the Spanish Institute of Financial Analysts in Catalonia from 1994 to 2000. In 1999, Mr. Serra won the award for the Top Financial Executive, given by Actualidad Económica. In 2001, he completed the project with the highest stock-market value seen in the Spanish markets. He is a Co-author of the book Principles of Company Valuation (Xavier Adserà and Pere Viñolas - Ediciones Deusto 1998), and has published numerous studies on the securities market and the analysis of investments and financial policy. He is president of the Urban Land Institute in Spain, a full professor in the Finance Department of the Escuela Superior de Administración y Dirección de Empresas (ESADE). He is a Graduate in Business Sciences from the ESADE Business School and the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management (MBA), also from the ESADE Business School. He is a Graduate in Economics from the University of Barcelona, where he also studied Law. He has participated in various postgraduate courses, including those undertaken at the Sloan School of Management of the MIT in Boston and at the Stern School of the University of New York.
