Mr. Luis Alfonso López de Herrera-Oria was Executive Deputy-Chairman and CEO of Axiare Patrimonio SOCIMI, S.A. since June 5, 2014 until 2018. Mr. de Herrera-Oria is the Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Árima Real Estate SOCIMI, S.A. and also has been its Executive Director since September 26, 2018. Mr. de Herrera-Oria has many years of experience in the real estate sector. He was Director of Prima Inmobiliaria, S.A. (“Prima Inmobiliaria”) (currently Testa Inmuebles en Renta, S.A. (“Testa”)) from 1986 to 2002. Subsequently, he founded Rodex in 2002 with a small team of former members of Prima Inmobiliaria (currently Testa). He is also an Independent Advisor at funds such as, Falcon II Real Estate, founded by Morgan Stanley and CBRE and iAdvise Partners EAFI, S.L. He is a fellow Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. In mid-2014, he established Axiare Patrimonio with the help of part of the team which worked at Prima Inmobiliaria (currently Testa). He holds a degree in Economic Sciences by the Universidad Complutense of Madrid and is a Fellow Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
