Mr. Noam Lanir founded Livermore Investments Group Limited in July 1998 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director. Mr. Lanir oversees Livermore's marketing strategy as well as the development of its proprietary systems. He led the growth and development of the group's operations over nine years which culminated in its IPO in June 2005 on AIM. He is also a major benefactor of a number of charitable organisations. He founded Life Tree Marketing Ltd., in 2009. Prior to 1998, he was involved in a variety of businesses mainly within the leisure and entertainment sector. He entered the gambling business in Israel as the marketing manager for Association for Well-being of Israel's Soldiers' 1997 lottery. He has experience in the online gaming sector to develop a broad range of contacts and business relationships with online gaming providers and within the international online advertising market generally. In the late 1980s and early 1990s, he was a partner with clubber Ral Nadal in the Allenby 58 club and other clubs. establishing and developed its marketing techniques and information systems. Prior to his involvement in internet-based businesses, he was involved in several Israel-based companies, primarily in the leisure and entertainment industries. He serves as the Chairman of Apply Advanced Mobile Technologies Ltd and has been its Director since May 2, 2013. He has been the Chairman of Babylon Ltd. since March 2008. He served as Chairman of Empire online. He serves as a Director of Livemore Investments Group Ltd.; A.V.S Group Ltd.; A.K.N.K. (Adminsitration) (1993) Ltd.; Rental Ltd.; Grovetron Management Ltd.; Life Tree Marketing Ltd. and Kibo Mobile Tech Ltd. Mr. Lanir serves as a Director for a non-profit company in memory of Avi Lanir and a non-profit Foundation for the Benefits of the Holocaust Victims in Israel.
