Mr. Todd served as the Chairman of Dexterus Ltd. Mr. Todd has been a Director of CIBER Europe Limited since February 2001. Mr. Todd serves as a Director of FFastFill plc, Knotty Green Consultants Ltd., Ffastfill UK Ltd., Ffastfill Europe Ltd., FFastFill Inc., Ffastfill France SAS, Ffastfill Australia Pty. Ltd., FFastFill FD Ltd., Future Dynamics Inc., Spredmania Ltd. and Magic Lantern Production Ltd.
