Its Real Estate Development segment develops real estate projects. The company's Holding and Non-Transferred Activities segment participates in companies, and design build finance and maintenance contracts; and undertakes contracts for civil engineering and building projects. It operates in Belgium and rest of Europe, the Middle East, the Asia-Pacific, Africa, and the Americas. The company was founded in 1880 and is headquartered in Brussels, Belgium.
