He served as a Director of Public Joint-Stock Company Lenenergo (Alternate name: Lenenergo, Open Joint Stock Company of the Power Industry and Electrification (formerly, JSC Lenenergo)). He served as a Director of Public Joint-Stock Company Moscow United Electric Grid Company. He has been a Representaive Director of Public Joint-Stock Company Federal Hydro-Generating Company - RusHydro since June 27, 2016. Mr. Shulginov has over a dozen professional awards, including the titles of an Honored Power Engineer of the CIS, an Honored Worker of the Fuel and Energy Complex and Veteran of the Energy Industry and the badge of an Honored Worker of UES of Russia.
