Mr. Guyatt served as a Non-Executive Director of Baltimore Capital plc (Baltimore Technologies plc) from July 12, 2001 to November 28, 2003. He served as a Non-Executive Director of Clearswift Limited (formerly Clearswift Corporation). He trained as an electronic engineer and computer programmer.
