Prior to joining the Group, he served as the accountant and Deputy Finance Manager of Xiaoshan Material Bureau from 1985 to 1993 and the manager of Hangzhou Xiaoshan Hongsen Material Co., Ltd. from 1994 to 1996. Mr. Dong has over 18 years of experience in property operation and management. He worked at Changzheng Material Company Limited from 1989 to 1993. He served as the Deputy General Manager (in charge of finance) in Anhui Zhong’an Property Development since January 2003. He was responsible for the on-site technology supervision, construction and cost control of the project in Yisheng in February 2004. In March 2006, he was promoted to be the deputy managerof Zhejiang Zhong’an Property Development and incharge of financial operation. He has been an Executive Director of China New City Commercial Development Limited since June 16, 2015. He received his college diploma in Beijing University of Geoscience. He has resigned from all his managerial positions in the Zhong An Group before joining the Group. Mr. Dong graduated from Wuhan University of Technology with a civil engineering degree and the China University of Geosciences with a business administration diploma.
