Mr. Zhong is responsible for overall group management and strategy development at Yanlord Land Group. Mr. Jian serves as Executive Chairman at United Engineers Ltd since September 2017. He serves as an Honorary Business Advisor in China Affairs to International Enterprise Singapore. In 1980s, Mr. Zhong founded and established a number of businesses in trading, manufacturing, real estate and financial services spanning China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia and Australia. He started Yanlord property development business in the early 1990s through the setting up of its offices in Shanghai and Nanjing. Mr. Zhong is a member of several China-Singapore investment and trade committees, including Sichuan Singapore Trade and Investment Committee, Singapore-Tianjin Economic & Trade Council, Singapore Jiangsu Cooperation Council and Network China. He has been an Executive Director of Yanlord Land Group Limited since April 24, 2009 and first appointed to its Board of Directors on February 13, 2006. He serves as a Director at Singapore Intelligent Eco Island Development Pte. Ltd. (SIECO), Sino-Singapore Yanlord (Haimen) Yangtze Eco Hi-Tech City Co., Ltd. and Yanlord Real Estate (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. He serves as a Director at Yanlord Land Investment Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. He serves as the Chairman of Sino-Singapore Nanjing Eco Hi-tech Island Development Co., Ltd and Sino-Singapore Nanjing Eco Hi-Tech Island Investment and Development Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhong is a member of the Tianjin People's Political Consultative Conference Standing Committee. In addition, he is an ambassador for “The Singapore Promise“ International Campaign managed by the Prime Minister's Office, Singapore.
