He served with KWS since 1998 in various capacities including General Manager for KWS MAIS GmbH (the maize part of the business) and Chief Financial Officer of KWS Saat. He served as Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of KWS Saat. Dr. Duenbostel also served at PwC. He has been a Director at Hero Group AG since 2011. He served on the Supervisory Board of Sievert AG, Osnabrück Dr. Duenbostel is a Member of the Young President Organisation (Rhine Chapter). He served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Hero AG. He served on the Eastern European Economic Relations Committee, Berlin as Chairman of the Food and Agribusiness.
