He served as Deputy Chairman of Gulf Keystone Petroleum Limited since March 20, 2014 until June 25, 2014. He serves as a Member of Investment Advisory Group at Imperial Innovations. He served as Non-Executive Director of Gulf Keystone Petroleum Limited since July 20, 2013 until June 25, 2014. He has been a Director of Tower Resources PLC since February 8, 2007. He serves as a Director of Projector Holdings SA. He served as a Director of Pacific Drilling S.A. since April 2011. He served as a Director of Oil Refineries Limited. He served as a Non-Executive Director of Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd. from January 21, 2008 to April 1, 2010 and Process Systems Enterprise Limited. until 2008. Since 2001, Mr. Asher has also served as a director and financial investor in various other enterprises. He is a member of the UK Regional Advisory Board of the London Business School. Mr. Asher graduated from the London School of Economics & Political Science in 1979 and was awarded an MBA with high distinction from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration in 1981.
