Since 1989, he has held managerial positions in the onshore and offshore oil and gas drilling and production operations in Turkmenistan, Tunisia, Holland, UK, Gabon and United Arab Emirates. He served as Executive Director at DEO Petroleum plc. He has been a Director at Oilexco North Sea Limited since November 2007. He previously served as a Director of Microcap Equities plc since December 30, 2009. Mr. Marshall holds Masters degree in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot Watt University and a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Civil Engineering from Glasgow University.
