Mr. Schnur served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of Lucas Energy, Inc. since September 30, 2013, Treasurer and Secretary since November 1, 2012 until April 4, 2013, Chief Financial Officer since October 1, 2013 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer and Interim Treasurer. In less than six months, he has restructured Lucas Energy by settling outstanding litigation issues, high-grading existing oil and gas properties, streamlining operations and building a new team. On three separate occasions, Mr. Schnur was asked to lead work-out/turn-around initiatives in the E&P space. Prior to joining Lucas in 2012, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Chroma Oil & Gas, LP from January 2010 to October 2012. For eight years prior to Chroma Oil & Gas, Mr. Schnur was an independent executive where he held various non-traditional employee/consultant/Chief Financial Officer/Interim Chief Executive Officer and advisor roles. He worked in Independent Consulting Services and served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer of NT Energy PLC and Chief Financial Officer of Starlight Corporation. Previously, he served as Director of Structured Transactions for Aquila Energy Capital Corporation and Natural Gas Marketer for Aquila Energy Marketing and also served at Cargill, Inc., National City Bank and PNC Corp. He served as a Director of Camber Energy, Inc. from February 14, 2014 to June 2, 2017. Mr. Schnur served as a Director of Tombstone Exploration Corporation since August 1, 2015 until December 2016. He has served as Managing Director of Capodian, LLC since September 2017. Mr. Schnur is a member of the Independent Petroleum Association of America; Texas Independent Producers & Royalty Owners Association; and the ADAM-Houston, Acquisitions and Divestitures Group. Mr. Schnur was recognized as the 2014 Best Chief Executive Officer -Small Company Honoree (TIPRO). Mr. Schnur holds Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance from Gannon University in 1987 and a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from Case Western Reserve University in 1992.
