He is a Chartered Director and Petroleum Engineer with 24 years energy sector experience spanning 20 countries. Mr. Cross has been the Chairman of BRINDEX since February 2005. He serves as a Non-Executive Chairman of AUPEC. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Society of Petroleum Engineers. He has been an Executive Director of The Parkmead Group Plc since October 6, 2006. He served as a Director of Dana Petroleum Plc until November 8, 2010. He served as an Advisor to BBC Radio on oil and gas affairs and a Board Member of BRINDEX, the Association of British Independent Oil Companies. Mr. Cross is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors. He graduated with a First Class Honors Degree in Engineering.
