Mr. Munro has a successful track record executing a range of complex, large scale transactions in the resources and infrastructure sectors across several continents. He has worked extensively within the capital markets context for more than 10 years, predominantly in the energy and resources sectors. He serves as Chairperson of Bannerman Mining Resources (Namibia) (Pty) Ltd. He has been a Director of Bannerman Resources Limited since May 13, 2016. He has been a Non-Executive Director of Novatti Group Limited since October 12, 2015. He served as a Non-Executive Director at Rewardle Holdings Limited from March 2014 to May 30, 2017. Mr. Munro served as an Executive with GRD Ltd. and OceanaGold Ltd. Group. He is Fellow of the Art Gallery of Western Australia Foundation and is a Trustee of Save the Rhino Trust of Namibia.
