The company was formerly known as International Resources Enterprise Limited and changed its name to Nan Nan Resources Enterprise Limited in September 2011. Nan Nan Resources Enterprise Limited was incorporated in 1995 and is headquartered in Admiralty, Hong Kong. Nan Nan Resources Enterprise Limited is a subsidiary of Ascent Goal Investments Limited.
