Mr. Ulf Stephan Holländer serves as chairman at MPC Container Ships ASA. Mr. Holländer has been the Chief Executive Officer since April 1, 2015 and Member of Management Board at MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG (“MPC Capital AG”) since July 2000 and served as its Chief Financial Officer since July 2000. He served as Member of Management Board and Chief Financial Officer of MPC Capital Fund Management. Mr. Holländer also manages Finance and Accounting, Controlling, Organisation, Personnel, Taxes, Risk Management. He commenced his career as an audit assistant and auditor at Dr. W Schlage & Co Wirtschaftsprüfungs- und Steuerberatungsgesellschaft in Hamburg from 1984 to 1987. Succeedingly, during 1987-2000, he work at shipping group Hamburg Süd and affiliated companies in Australia and the U.S. Positions included financial controller at Columbus Overseas Services Pty. from 1990 to 1992, commercial director at Columbus Line USA Inc. from 1992 to 1996 and head of Hamburg Süd’s finance and accounting department from 1997 to 2000. He joined MPC Capital AG in early 2000. Mr. Holländer was CFO of MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG from 2000 to 2015 before assuming the role as CEO in 2015. Mr. Holländer served Management positions at the Reederei Hamburg-Süd shipping company and subsidiaries in Australia and the USA. He serves as Chairman of Management Board at MPC Capital AG. Mr. Holländer serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Ferrostaal AG. Mr. Holländer holds a commerce degree from the University of Hamburg.
