It also offers equipment wires comprising high-strength cables, thin high-strength cables, high-strength slip cables, and spatter-resistant high-strength cables; functional materials, such as multi-functional electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding films, EMI shielding film related materials, conductive pastes, and films for FFC applications; and bonding wires, including gold/gold bumping, silver, and copper wires. In addition, the company provides equipment systems products, such as water leakage detection sensors, water leakage detection systems, water (chemical) leakage detection systems, water leakage sheets, and intruder monitoring systems; medical equipment products; and photo-electronic related items comprising visible light spectrum fiber devices, FBG products, and fiber optical couplers, as well as environmental analysis services.
