He served as a Director of Minfocus Exploration Corp., from January 20, 2012 to January 9, 2018. He serves as Director of Khan Resources Inc. and Geddes Resources Ltd. He served as Independent Director at Aurania Resources Ltd., (a/k/a, Urania Ltd) since October 30, 2008 until June 21, 2019. He served as an Independent Director of Grid Metals Corp. (formerly, Mustang Minerals Corporation) from June 23, 2004 to September 7, 2011. He served as an Independent Director of African Metals Corp. from November 27, 2014 to June 2016.
