He has been a Director of New Jersey Mining Company since August 29, 2013. He served as a Director of Timberline Resources Corp. since September 22, 2006. He served as a Director of Sterling Mining Corporation from 1998 to November 2003. Mr. Swallow holds a B.S. Degree in Finance from Arizona State University.
