Mr. Notman served as a Director of Aztech Innovations Inc. until April 26, 2011. Hugh joined CCC in 2014 when CCC joined forces with Stirling Mercantile of Vancouver. Hugh has been in corporate finance for over 20 years, and involved in more than 50 successful transactions. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, as well as debt and equity financings and fairness opinions. In addition, Hugh serves on the non-profit boards of the University of British Columbia Thunderbird Golf Society and the Bishop’s College School Foundation.
