From February 2001 to August 2001, Mr. Godsy served as the Chief Executive Officer of Medcell Biologies Inc. He serves as the Chairman of Mojio. He serves as the Chairman of Exro Technologies Inc. has been its Director since July 2017. He served as the Chairman of Wescorp Energy Inc. He served as a Member of the Business Advisory Board at biOasis Technologies Inc. He serves as Director of Nuview Life Sciences. He served as a Director of Unity Wireless Corp. from February 22, 2000 to March 24, 2004 and also from May 1993 to November, 1998. He serves on Faculty of Law's advisory board. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia. Mr. Godsy is a graduate of the University of British Columbia and received his law degree from McGill University.
